Taehyung sounds the exact same live as he does in studio when his voice is in good condition. His vocals don't typically need much processing, unless it's stylistic. He's easily one of the strongest and most consistent vocalists in the group, and has the widest vocal range.

From someone who has a background in singing/music, I can almost understand his initial impression of Tae’s voice. It isn’t traditional. It has a deeper tone, which is not necessarily a preferred singing style amongst musicians, as we are almost told to put on a brighter tone when singing certain notes. When I first heard Tae’s voice, I also felt similar. I thought he was one of the worst singers of the group. I really didn’t like his voice and that was something 10000% squished into my brain from some voice teacher along the way, that he didn’t have the “typical” voice and that was wrong. But the more and more I listened to him, and his versatility and range, the more it made me appreciate him and appreciate different singing styles as well. Now I love his voice. I *honestly* think he is one of the best singers in the group. His voice is incredible. There is something super sincere about his voice and you can tell he feels it whenever he sings. And that is what I think is important as a singer too. Training begs us all to sound the same and perfect all the time, but it’s also important to realize that not everyone is too. 💜

His voice is literally my favorite voice in the whole world. It simply enters my soul and has powers over me. His voice is so deep and that's why it's so unique and so powerful. His voice is perfect in every possible way.

this simply means he doesnt like deep vocals but like high pitch voices both are singing styles an ARMY ...and his voice is naturally deep and beautiful at the end its your opinion like only yours ..

If I'll be honest, you've never said anything positive about Taehyung like ever. But that is his real voice you should give him a chance and check out his other songs too
