Selection of Filter Cloth

Our company has filter fabrics such as polypropylene, polyester, nylon, and all cotton. Polypropylene fabrics are lightweight, high-strength, elastic, acid and alkali resistant, wear-resistant, durable, and non-toxic. Polyester filter cloth is acid resistant but not alkali resistant, high temperature resistant, while nylon cloth is alkali resistant but not acid resistant. The user determines based on actual filtering requirements. The filter cloth is cut using laser cutting, completely achieving consistency between the hole spacing and aperture size on the filter cloth and the filter plate. Avoiding the occurrence of blockage in feed holes and flushing holes due to inconsistent hole spacing and aperture. For filter plates with hanging cloth pins, the opening requirements for the hanging cloth pins on the filter cloth should be aligned with the position of the hanging cloth pins on the plate.
