Inspired by all the encouragement so many of you gave me on my last live and letting lose jam got i decided to show my face again even though I look ridiculous when I get into the music. But maybe that's okay because it's a great way to lose yourself and not worry about anything and just enjoy the music and the feelings that come with making it.

It's great how we find such stimulating grooves isn't it? I never record anything, everything I do is lost but the uplift from feeling the music lasts all day :)
