thanks a lot for this video and the reddit link. I'm using a VGA to HDMI adapter and was able to solve this issue by changing the output from RGB (full) to YCbCr444 (limited) in my NVidia settings 👍

This green artifact turns out to be the bandwidth limitation of the hdmi to vga adapter that i am using. If i connect this monitor to a gpu with a vga port at the same resolution or any other the is no artifacts!
