Here in Iowa at our small town pool we have a Mermaid 🧜‍♀️ Club and my daughter has a couple of those fins and body covers. It's so much fun. Yes they have to be strong swimmers and trained properly

I tested negative for a lot food allergens but knew I had a few intolerances. My doctor only suggested a few things I could do but I wanted to know what foods I could eat so I found a local registered dietician who helped me develop a food menu. I found that when I stacked certain foods in one day I would get a flare up.
It feel like Sam’s Club has better deals, especially on food items than Costco does. Costco seems to push their electronics and furniture.

bikes are cool.... several years ago, my car's battery died.... AAA truck driver couldn't jump it. he said it was "too dead" to be jumped and a new battery was needed. unfortunately, he didn't have in his truck that would fit my car. I was about to call a friend to go grab one for me at Costco. Then I decided to ride my bike there. It was one of those old bikes with the thing on the back for carrying a backpack or something. I rode 4 miles to my nearest Costco. Bought the battery and strapped it to the back of the bike. Went home and installed it myself. Car fired right up. :)

in the Netherlands it is very common to cycle to the store, often with a child on the front and back of the bicycle, and I did the shopping in the panniers or bicycle basket, greetings from a follower from the Netherlands

My mom bought the slips an slide with the 3 slides it does come with it I don't think it separate but the kids play on it for hours. But you have to be careful with the water it fills up pretty face. My parents are bringing it up camping so will see though if they do

Love those Calm gummies! I’ve taken them for awhile now. I got that big container at Sam’s on clearance for $13+ about 2 months ago! It was well within date by over a year. Idk why they were clearance, maybe making room for the new? There were only a few- I grabbed one right up! Even at Sam’s regular price, it’s a good buy. Ive bought the smaller containers previously and they are so much pricier that way. 😊

We went to ours Sams here in Indiana last week and got the box of instant oatmeal packets on instant savings. I think it was $10.99 for a box of 40. We weren’t out but you can’t pass that up.
