So the kitchen is downstairs and the dinning room is upstairs . The gym space is a passage way . Laundry room size of a closet . 26 million that's 3.25 million per room and I don't get so much as a swimming pool. There was another property in Greenwich Village New York valued at 21 million that had a 2 car garage and a swimming pool it's on Architectural Digest channel

If the kitchen and the dining room were in the 2nd fl, it would make more sense. The living room should be where the kitchen is so it connects with the backyard, making the whole space more open. The house is beautiful anyway.

It is a lovely house, but as comments state, it is very expensive for what you get. Normally at that price you would expect more "bespoke" finishes I think, more room maybe, and I don't know, somehow if they had built in a garage? Definitely have seen other homes with the same price tag with a LOT more to offer!

Amazing house - but I don't like how you walk in the front door and (pretty much) into the kitchen. There should be some separation or something.

It is good to look at channels like this. Information gathered helps the viewer to make decisions about what they DON'T want or bits & pieces the viewer MAY want.

Overall, houses like these are "not my cup of tea." They are to big!

See how they just breeze by the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom? That means it's outrageously small for the size and price of the house.

Very nice and a lift and sure parking was overlooked perhaps. I liked the set up but would have put the office in the cellar and gym where the office was staged much more open for air circulation and less awkward going to it with a client if you are working from home. I love the integrated kitchen and availability of that lift. All the bedrooms are an equal double size as well. Well done Summer :) and company :)
