I think we need an edge in the first round, but also depends on how things fall. Pearce jr, green, or Ezeiruaku. Probaly could still get Higgins with a 2nd round.

TRADE analysis I would take a middle 2nd or earlier for Doubs if KC offers their 2nd they would need additional pick(s). Keep Jaire for this year if you can’t find a trade partner. Shop around Watson for a trade. However acquiring draft capital is not going to amount to anything if Gute can’t learn how to draft better and not take project players with not much college production with our high picks. He has wasted a lot of high picks the last few years. Gute also drafts out of position for example taking Myers who had a very late 2nd/3rd round grade over Humphrey who had a solid 1st round grade. ALSO the Miami trade is a NO GO not worth it to take a older aging wideout.

Everybody I talked to brings up all the drops from our wide receivers last year.. I always remind them of 2 players that had the dropsy's and developed into outstanding receivers... Adams and James jones.. I like our receivers we have.. I would rather see us trade up and pick a number 1 receiver then getting one of the FA's left..

I’ve been onboard with trading Doubs. It’s not that I don’t like Doubs, it’s more a matter of he doesn’t move the needle, as far as taking the offense to another level. I think he’s a solid #2 at best on a good team. I also don’t see him as being in the Packers long term interest, so if you can move him now and get something for him then I say do it.
