I used to grow huge Dahlias in my front garden until a few years back but then a big building got constructed which stopped most of the direct sunlight, since then not one dahlia flower grows in my front garden, only foliage keeps coming. Just goes to show how important direct sunlight is to growing dahlia flowers. Now I grow dahlias on my terrace which has full sun all day and when they bloom, I bring the pots down to my front garden.
