How to Cut a Dragon Fruit

Here's how to cut a dragon fruit. It's easy and takes little effort. Just be sure to remove any of the rind...it is not edible.

Very helpful video! But I would like to say to anyone trying dragon fruit for the first time, if you don’t like it at first, put it in a plastic container with a lid and put it in the freezer for 1-3 hours or the fridge for about 4-8 hours, it will taste allot better cold/frozen!

When I cut mine I just turn the skin inside out and the pulp just pops right out. I do it over a bowl so it doesn't end up on the floor.
