In order to run a business you need 4 thinking skills: Artist (the one who cares about creating a great product /service), Operator (makes sure that the business runs, bills are paid and money is coming), Owner (thinks about strategy and planning) & Board (outside perspective that checks if the owner is making mistakes or taking too much risks)

I think most business owners forget that the business should work for you and not the otherway around. If the business is not working for you then i think there is something wrong with your business or its just that new that your have not done the work to set it up correctly yet.
