The sesame oil and soy sauce looked like you were adding a tablespoon of each, but you said teaspoon. I like the black sesame oil – just a different taste idea.

I really appreciate the tofu recipe! I agree about marinating your tofu. AIWAYS marinade your “fu”. I’m not a fan of garlic so I use a little “No chicken vegetable broth” instead.
