Love your response about the answering the phone! Customers used to get upset with me because they would call multiple times, but not leave a message. I constantly remind people that I am a one person shop and my hands are always working! If I answered the phone every time it rang, I would NEVER get any projects done! Keep up the great work!!!!

Your videos get liked before I watch every time I see a new one is posted. You never disappoint with the content.

You could create a FAQs web page on your website and list all the questions you have received with answers (database of sorts). That way instead of answering the same questions over and over, you could just pin that URL at the top of the comments section. If by chance someone does ask a new question, you could still answer it for that video and then add it to the FAQs page. Not sure if that would create more time/work or less - just a suggestion.

Your background is fascinating, Richard. Thanks for sharing. You have given me confidence to tackle a pontoon boat project next winter. I 've found sewing to be a great pastime to indulge in during our New England winters. Do you ever miss the Adler after all those years?

Richard: great at episode. Subscribed and liked.

Will be getting a machine so thanks for listing minimum requirements. Still want to get a juki but yours is a bit to much. Will check out lower models with required aspects.

Richard thank you for taking the time to answer questions. I did have a question that I can't seam to understand. What does the correct stitch look like. I'm adjusting the tension on my machine to get what I think is a good stitch, but I'm not an expert

Your Wuhan experience is fascinating! Now we need a short video of you speaking Mandarin (with English subtitles).

By the way, I recently bought a new Acura Integra with pleather-upholstered seats. I'm seriously considering having the seats upholstered with real leather. What should I ask or look for in a local (Texas, Rio Grande Valley) upholstery shop to give me confidence they do quality work?
