U.S President Joe Biden applauds PM Modi at a closed door bilateral meeting in Tokyo. Biden pledged to make India-U.S partnership closest on Earth in his official statement. Minutes before the two leaders addressed the press, Biden gave an unscripted and candid compliment to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
