What I appreciate most about Coach Hurley is how candid and honest he is. Like him, I’ve had issues with anxiety and depression and it’s so meaningful for him to acknowledge his challenges along those lines and how he continues to deal successfully with them.

These people are so Jersey City...lol. They fit in well at UCONN which is great though. Calhoun isn't from Connecticut either...but fit in perfectly.

Great interview. I can relate to their feelings about each other. I was married to my "best friend" for over 50 years. We just enjoyed being "together". As they said, up's and down's are inevitable, but you deal with it like adults and work things out. True friendship is all about that for sure. I lost my best friend awhile back. There are no words to describe how that feels. She was half of who I am. The Hurley's remind me of our life together. I hope they have many more years of being best friends. There is nothing more precious. They are creating "memories" that will sustain them for the rest of their lives. The marriage vow includes the saying "until death do us doesn't.

Coach may have had his doubts. I never did. I had coach envy when he was at Rhode Island. And I have no doubt he'll win more, either!

Andrea actually has more fire and passion than her husband...she is so likeable! She is definitely Jersey to the core.

In the final game, after watching this man chase a opposing player (Zach Edey) out to half court to "chew" him out, I have zero respect for him. He desereved a warning the first time and ejected from the game the next time his feet were on the playing surface. Watch the game again and count how many times he was on the court. He is a poor excuse for a role model.
