When using the calculator do you look at the paces for your desired race time and use them or your current paces?
That’s the same for tempo?

In my city Hyderabad, India, the half marathon course has a hill of around 5 km( 3 flyover, and a huge 3 km hill road) in between....I loose my strength and speed there...how do I deal with

Dumb question - I have looked at the calculator and found I need to run 3:37 splits for the 100m and 200m repeats ... how do I figure out what this is on my treadmill - in km/hr. In my head 10 on the treadmill is 10km/hr - which is a 6:00 split ... so 20 on the treadmill must be a 3min split ...so I am guess around 18. Damn that belt is flying at 18

I’m 16 and can do 5k in 19:10 but I can only do 10 k in 48 mins, the calculation are hard
