I’ve had viewers ask for my PayPal and Venmo details so they could “tip” me for all the videos. Thank you so much to those who have asked. If you’d like to leave a “tip” it would mean the world to me and my family…

Great analysis! I do. But I have the opposite issue from time to time! But looking at Lopez, I see he raises both arms at the same time, albeit the serving arm a little slower to get the tilt.

Wonderful advice!! Thanks for this. Please make video on how to do better serve. I am new to tennis and started 4 months back so would be helpful.

Interesting. I've been inclined to toss moderately high because I think the downward trajectory of the ball helps to create topspin as I'm making contact. When I'm perfect, the ball can hit halfway between the net and the service line. But, I'm inconsistent. Maybe a toss like this would give me more consistency (which I'd gladly accept!)

Question for Friday Q and A : Players either come down on the volley or hit a drop shot when they don't want to continue the rally. I feel that the player who try to be impatient and come to the volley gets easy pass shot from the opponent or either get lobbed. Also when a player hits a dropshot he tends to lose the point by inviting the opponent on the net. I feel having patient and keep playing rallies is the best way to win. What is your take for this point ?

Hi Ryan, you are asking to lower the toss but mentioning it using the time duration. I still feel that you can mention the height of the ball to be tossed rather than telling the players about the time of <0.9 seconds. I feel that ball tossing height should be very much equal to the height of the player, so that hand length + 27 inch racquet, + some height for ball to fall and hands to hit which comes around 5.5 feet should be the height of the ball toss

How does this player have such a strong serve so effortlessly? It doesn't look like he is loading his body that much, yet the ball bounces once in the serve box and then easily smashes into the middle of the back wall.

What if you toss the ball too low??? My toss is so low sometimes, that it forces me to swing erratically at the ball. Sometimes I have to rush to hit the ball so much, that I hit the ball in all types of directions.

It's so annoying that I have an apartment where I'm not able to practice the serve swing, cause the ceiling is to low(
