US NAVY RETIREMENT CEREMONY | VLOG 11

So after 29 years in the United States Navy, my brother thinks he had enough and decides to retire. He was accorded a proper retirement ceremony put together by his commanding officer and his colleagues in the Medical Service Corps where he served under the MEDIG at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
