MBTI is very big in Korea, so I wonder if they incorporated that or were inspired by it in their character(personality) design. Things like “dreamer”, “mediator”, “authoritarian” are totally taken from it.

I'm SO happy they don't feel the need to cater to old simmers who refuse to update their PCs. We really needed something like this—they’re pushing for a next-gen experience instead of a lackluster try of a mobile game they had to port to PC like EA. Sims 3 was like this when it came out—they were doing something new with the open world instead of catering to the same fanbase with the same tired features again and again.—they haven’t created anything new in years (cas mode and build mode came with the base game and that is the best thing in the entire game). Instead, they've just made things worse than what they did 15 years ago.
Honestly, what I’m more worried about with Inzoi are the microtransactions and the gameplay.

I am so excited for Inzoi to come out! If its better than Sims, I don't care how much I've spent on DLC, I will switch to Inzoi and play it to my hearts content.

Everytime I see something from inzoi, I get weirdly nostalgic. It looks like if someone were to remake the sims 3. I am so excited. I’ve been waiting for this since the sims 4 released ngl😭

I'm feeling really good about this. It feels as mindfully put together as paralives but with different goals. So, inzoi feels more realistic, but also, they've made some mindful choices to reduce programming difficulty in some ways like auto driving cars, limiting lots, and cut scenes. I'm a little worried about being able to run it, but I feel like they know what they wanted to make and made it.

Much better than life by you which definitely looks like a hodge podge in comparison.

A lot of people can't run it, which is good for the sims, but maxis better get their ish together by the time Paralives is up and running or they're done.

It's a sort of a self fulfilling cycle. Because Sims players use more basic computers it actually hurts The Sims 4 team a lot in what they can do because they know increasing minimum requirements is going to make some poeple unable to play. But they already have like when the stopped supporting 32 bit. But yeah, pandering to people who don't have gaming computers does limit what The Sims devs can do . inZOI is very up front, which you need to be

Having more options in customization can never be a bad thing, it's not making it "complex" - it's optional. Games shouldn't be made for people who get overwhelmed by player agency.
