I have read all the comments, and I would like to add this about my Escort Passport Max2. I love mine. It picks up everything. I have detected a Ka signal as far out as 3 miles, (mostly around 2) and it's been right on. I'm getting some mix reviews, but this detector is lovely.

They lie the camera drops the 4K to a lower quality when you connect the back and or the cabin camera, and now doesn’t have compatibility with my iPhone 😡

Maybe they should have partnered with google instead. No one is going to give up their preferred map app for theirs.

Why does the sc220c have an SSID and pw? Is my phone connected to the camera via BT or WiFi? How far from the camera will i have connection to the camera? So many questions...

The drive smarter network is not a monthly cost is it? It’s a great feature to have and a genuine value adder that can shift choices based on that alone…unless it costs money. Don’t use the cloud storage feature as an excuse, offer that as an upsell from the free tier…but if the network connectivity info isn’t included in cost of purchase…That’s a real shame that’s all. Every company wants to turn every product and every customer into an annuity these days and god knows I can’t afford it, so I’m making a point of supporting companies that offer single purchase licenses and the like instead of turning everything into a monthly cost

Why would you need a gps on a dash cam? Most new cars come with gps.

Cobra if you’re listening Drive smarter network is a nice genuine quality of life improvement. I like that. But please make some systems designed with a telephoto lens to catch plates!

I like the cloud and gps apsects. Missing Starvis 2 and HDR for crisp license plates day or night. Plus, I don't like that these are manufactured in China. It's a big downside for me.

With a name and reputation of “Cobra” they are Not putting in the energy and resources to really put out a top of the line product, probably outsourced this to a another run of the mill china company and this is the result, just same crap already available but this one says “Cobra” Lame!

The Cobra SC 200D is ruined by a horrible app that is so laggy it becomes unusable. Do not buy the cobra 200D until they fix their app. I bought it and regret it.
