Learn To fix alternate page indexing issues in Google Search Console, follow these steps:

Identify the alternate pages that are being indexed.
Add a "rel=canonical" tag to the HTML head of each alternate page, pointing to the preferred version of the page.
Check the implementation of the canonical tag using the "Fetch as Google" feature in Search Console.
Submit the updated pages for re-indexing using the "Submit to index" feature in Search Console.
Monitor the pages in Search Console to ensure that the preferred version is being indexed.
Note: The rel=canonical tag is used to specify the preferred version of a page and helps to prevent duplicate content from being indexed. It is important to implement the tag correctly to avoid any negative impact on your website's search engine rankings.

Thank you for the video! I have the same issue with my website. First, Google indexed lots of pages like /page/1/ page/2/ and so on. Where do these pages come from? I couldn't find them anywhere in my website. They all have main page canonical, but is there a way to remove these useless pages completely? Thanks again.
