There is a cut after the lower head side of the fish. I think she did took out the stomach part of the fish but didn't show it in the video. So guys she did clean it and you too clean your fishes carefully before frying them.

This recipe is so yammy
Recipe -
Firstly cut and wash pale carplet fish and add it in a bowl
Then added some red chilli powder, turmaric powder, salt and now add main ingredients is dry jujube ( before add Soak in water for 5/10 mins) mixed all of it
Add oil in a fri pan add some chopped garlic and add fish mixer's add fry it after fry all ingredients add 2 cup water then your cry is ready
