I accidentally came upon your recipe and OMG, they are good. The sunflower seed gives it such a nutty dense flavor! It was super easy to make. I am going to subscribe as I cannot wait to try out other recipes. Best part was that it was Gluten free, Vegan & yummm!!! Thank you!

I will try to make those on my day off looks amazing!!! made some bread with flaxseed meal + one onion and sprinkled Everything but the bagel seasoning... ended up trashing it cause the garlic became burned and bitter.

this base of this recipe is basically LSA which you buy all mixed and sunflower seeds already ground. add garlic salt and parmesan 👌

They look amazing!! I love tuna fish and ritz crackers but Ritz are not Keto friendly. Now I can make these and have it again!!
