It's another year, another Greeneville Tn Library Book Sale! I was able to volunteer there this year and I got so many treasures. Join me for a look through of all the cookbooks I purchased for only $1-$2 and remember to let me know which ones you want me to review first.

Oh wow! Those cookbooks look so interesting. Your collection is getting so big. But you are not alone. 😁 Mine is getting bigger too. 😆 Can't wait to see what you will cook out of them. 😊

I also have that Marlboro cookbook! I've never cooked from it, but it really is so fun to flip through. I have two other smaller Marlboro cookbooks - Chili Round-up and Cook Like a Man. I'm curious to know what your other one is!

America The Majestic is AMAZING! What a find! I'm so glad I'm not the only one that finds some cookbooks hilarious. I hope you do a video on it and style your food as weirdly as they did hahaha

I looked up the Taste of Heaven set and there are 2 more volumes! One is gluten free too. You got quite a bargain considering how much they are to buy. 😃

In the Virginia cookbook I saw a whacky cake, I think my grandma makes a wacky cake, my mom talks about it. I'd love to see you make that! I've never actually had it.

15:10 Yankee Pedlar! They were open and running until a few years ago, replaced it with a bank. That's right up the road from me! They relocated part of the building, super interesting process.

I like Tammy Algood's recipes! She does a column in a magazine I get from Middle Tennessee Electric and answers cooking questions and has recipes around a theme (like a certain vegetable or something). All of her recipes have worked great for me. It looks like you found some really great cookbooks.

The German cook book is from Dr. Oetker! So fun, I hope you'll fin good recipes in it. I bookmarked the book of herbs, it's right up my alley.

Hi Leta! I hope you're feeling better! I wanted to share a bit of trivia involving the East Tennessee State University cookbook with you. When you were flipping through it, I recognized one of the contributors (timestamp 12:28) as Shirley Corriher. She was on Alton Brown's Good Eats series more than once! She's a culinary biochemist who graduated from Vanderbilt University and no noted affiliation with TSU, so I'm very curious how she ended up in that cookbook.

Hello, I'm looking for a needle in a hay stack cookbook. 20 years ago, I lent a cookbook to a friend and never got it back. I can not remember the name! I've been searching for a long time. Description, voted best recipes in towns throughout America. A pretty basic American cookbook mid to late 1990's. I recived as a gift in 2001 or 2002. Hardcover, the inside liner had pink and white pinstripe paper, colored photos of every recipe along with calorie count, portion size, difficulty, and time prep information. It had a red potato and asparagus garden salad with radish, broccoli florets, fresh dill and parsley and a vinaigrette dressing. Any help or advice you may have to help me find this cookbook would be so cool! Ps do not lend your favorite cookbooks out, lesson learned.
