Stand alone house is always a big plus because it give you so much more privacy. House 2 is a good piece of property. House no. 3 is so lovely and it's ready to move in.

Property one was gorgeous and the location was out of this world.
We had horrible neighbours for 3 years. The stress it causes really takes its toll. ❤

Love this type of videos too, the third one is the winner, use one of the bedrooms as a wardrobe for clothes and handbags, I did the same and it gives me so much joy to be able to see all my clothes and handbags. If you have that much rooms, use one!

Abolsitely house no. 3. It’s detached and everything modernized, and a turn key for you. The first one’s garden is beautiful tho. I live in the suburb in the US, and love not having neighbors and a total freedom and privacy! a love this kind of video and your journey, please keep making it!

I really appreciate it in German ;) I personally loved the first house because of that private garden. It sounded like you didn't really like the kitchen in House 3 (?) Anyway. If hubby likes/wants to do some remolding, do House 2 and have him fix those horrible stars QUICK! Please do more of these. I really enjoyed the tours. Thanks for taking us with you! (Also, bunny play room AND gardens for bunnies is super important ;) )

We're in the middle of selling our home and buying a new one, but the search was HARD! We're relocating too, which meant trying to cram as many viewings as possible into 3 separate trips! House #2 has SO much potential, you could really make that something special! Good luck with the search! 😘💕

They all had their pros and cons #1-loved the park, conservatory, seclusion, privacy and gates, but thought the rooms were too small. Refurbishing the kitchen would be fun, though. #2- loved the cave and yard, and your husband's expansion, but again rooms very small. Would either house really fit a large bed or sofa, if needed? #3- loved it! Spoke to me, as well. Very homey and inviting. No months of renovations to drive you crazy. Seemed spacious enough that you won't feel claustrophobic after a few months of living there. Is there enough yard for you to add a conservatory on the back? Can't wait to see the next round! So glad you're moving! Having neighbours like that are torture and disrupt any and all normalcy for everyone around them. Real sociopaths!

I’m so sorry your not sleeping well. It can make you feel just terrible. I had insomnia for a time and it nearly did me in. Then to deal with the noise, your nerves are probably shot. For me it’s hands down house #3. It’s got the best layout and it’s fresh and bright inside. Move in ready and not so many stairs! Plus it’s detached and private. Love home shopping videos as much as luxury shopping videos so it’s a win win! Take care Romina😘
