Hi Sean,

First, I'm a big fan of your channel! I recently started a cleaning business and have started to get jobs through Google LSA. If you don't mind, I have a few questions for you:
1. At what point in your business did you hire a VA? Was there a certain number in revenue or jobs that you reached where you said "Now I should hire a VA?"
2. At what point in your business did you get your CRM? At this point, when would you say is a good time to invest in a CRM? I only get about 3-5 leads per week, granted I have just started advertising on one channel plus it's a slow month right now. I don't know if a CRM is necessary at this point, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts.
3. If you could go back in time to starting out your cleaning business, what is one thing you would tell yourself?

Hey Sean, big fan of the channel.

I had a question I was hoping you could help with.

What CRM & Booking Scheduling Software do you use? I'm currently using Booking Koala & High Level, but the integration between the two is a bit awkward. I haven't been able to integrate the two perfectly through Zapier.

For example, I have to add new enquiries on both systems. Ideally, I would just add it to one and it would integrate to show on the other. Any idea if there are any other systems that integrate better? Thanks for all the great content!
