Interior designer Sissy Yellen takes us inside her stunning 1917 Georgian colonial home in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Living in a landmark property along the Woodward Corridor, Sissy and her family have transformed their 1917 Georgian colonial into a home that marries modern amenities with a traditional, maximalist aesthetic.

Originally starting as a luxury bespoke nursery design service, Sissy’s design firm has grown into a full-service residential interiors company. Her home, filled with rich history and character, is a testament to her love for antiquing and her eye for detail. With three daughters, a son, and two adorable dogs, Sissy’s space is as lively as it is elegant.

I'm not normally such a stickler for pronunciation, but I hope this is helpful because in this case, the small sound difference changes the meaning... Son=Fils ("feese" like geese); Daughter=Fille ("fee"). Quotes are "sounds like" approximations.
