Jesus is the Son of God, the second person of the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He came to earth as a human, a baby, to live and dies for our sins, then to rise again on the third day and after 40 days ascended into heaven. That all who believe in him might be saved and have eternal live with him in Heaven. All we need to do is ask his forgiveness, to become Lord of our lives. Salvation through Jesus is a free gift of God, not of work so that no one can boast.
