There are many wall mounts on the market. This one so happen to swing out. Not necessarily designed for treadmill use. As to proper height, install it for your height so you are looking at the screen straight.

While I youtubed for wall mounting TV for treadmill use, I expected to see the optimum TV-level adjustments while using the treadmill at various elevations. What I also failed to understand was when it is a wall mount for a treadmill, why is there a horizontally articulating arm?
