Haunted House - A Celebration of Jan Pienkowski (Pop-Up Book)

Following the recent death of Jan Pienkowski, I wanted to pay tribute to his original art style. I've such fond memories of gazing at the art work in this wonderful pop up book, a book that probably began my obsession with all things spooky!

I got this out the school library and this week ordered myself an original 1979 copy i adore it iv looked at it all afternoon the artwork is stunning .

I have loved this author’s books so much! The copy I have of this one is in such poor condition, but my son still likes to interact with it

I love this book!!! My mum has two copies that she's found in charity shop over the years, though both have bits that no longer work. This video has reminded me to buy a new copy to enjoy it fully!!

I think this is the book I've subconsciously judged every other pop up against my whole life...and none have ever come close. Its a masterpiece. So sad to hear of his passing.
