Built this 6 times and the observer will not shut off when the chest is full, even with an stabilizer. In your video you say to put a furnace under the observer but you show a putting in a dispenser. I don't have use for the furnace so I used a solid block. No luck. Then tried with an dispenser as you show, no luck. I finally got it to work by going laterally to the right of the chest with the comparator, then a convoluted mix of redstone, comparators, a kind of observer stabilizer, and tying it all back so when the chest is full the signal from the comparator would negate the signal from the observer. I wish there was a way to share pictures. Think Redstone Rube Goldberg water bottle filler. Though I got it to work, I had to burry the chest in the floor (which I don't like) so I could run all the restone and stuff under the floor and be able to hide it all behind a wall.
