It's a really interesting question.And the answer to it that they chose to give was really good. Clouds moving relative to speeds where they are on the atmosphere and Where they are in the atmosphere relative to where you are.Means you perceive them going slower or faster

If the world is turning at 1000mph then surely the clouds are moving at 1030mph? Or does relativity not count with this?
