Behind the Data: Voices of the Uninsured

As important as it is to have data on the remaining uninsured in Massachusetts to get at the root of the problem, it is equally important to listen to and learn from the experiences of people who have been uninsured. Their stories remind us of why it is so critical to act, and their voices give this issue detail and depth, which is missing from even the very best data. The Foundation recently released this 3-minute video featuring four Massachusetts residents who describe their experiences without health insurance.
