2012 Regionals - Event Summary: South Central Team Workout 2

CrossFit Central Competitors are the big winners of Day 1 at the South Central Regional. CrossFit Dallas Central and CrossFit Lake Charles follow in 2nd and 3rd. Bayou City CrossFit was in 1st after Workout 1, but fell to 4th after two workouts.
