I decided to celebrate alone when I turned 40, because people always ruin my birthdays by not showing up or behaving badly. So, I went to London for a week. I stayed in a hostel, went to museums every day, went and ate some vegan food, I went running in hyde park every day. I went and had two vegan pizzas alone. Lol. Actually, it was the first time in years I had pizza, and I first had one, then left and went to another pizza restaurant and ordered another! 😂 on my actual birthday someone I didn’t know well but had chatted to alittle, offered me a vegan piece of cake. I happily accepted. She didn’t know it was my birthday. I went for walks and petted dogs. It was better than most birthdays. Im only sad I didn’t include my mother in the celebration. She took it hard.

So true though, i feel confused, like, , , , i still feel young so my dress sense which wasnt sexy anyways, still has stayed the same, , , , but its like we are on the fence between young and old, , , and i just dont know myself anymore, do i start to dress older? or carry on? i dunno, i feel a HUGE change.
