As promised😊, chicken and potato soup that you’ll enjoy A LOT!💯. Chicken is super soft, potatoes literally melts in the mouth😩. I’m making this again tomorrow, my family members have been going on and on about it.

Ingredients
Chicken (I used 1kg chicken thighs)
Irish potatoes (8 medium sizes, cut into wedges)
A blend of red and yellow scotch bonnet, red bell pepper, garlic, ginger and onion
Peppersoup spice mix (I have a recipe on this page)
Garlic & ginger powder, stock cubes and salt for seasoning the chicken
Carrots, green bell pepper and onion (to finish off the soup.
