I am currently in Chapter 51 and powercapped at 377 level deficit. My whole thing is pushing campaign so I feel like I have to leave my opinion here. Yes, Rem is really strong, but it is extremely difficult to make her survive, if you can and you have at least one buffer that gives her more damage she can carry. Lucretia has fallen hard, she is still powerful but she is seeing less and less use.
Currenlty every single solo stage at this deficit consists of ABelinda, Leonardo and Zolrath, paired with ABrutus if you need tanking/grouping, Emilia if you need more CC and Lucretia (only because most people have her as their strongest hero so she is in the team to get through powercap. Leonardo+ABelinda can kill anything.
Multi stages always contain either Rem or Grezhul in the Alna+Graveborn comp (think Silas, Oden, ASolise etc)
Thoran cheese is in every multi.
ABelinda with some kind of CC comp usually Leonardo.
And the last two fights have been changing a lot lately. Sometimes it's Charm with Zolrath or Daimon (this comp also loves the new Seal pet because it lacks damage and gets timed out a lot) Sometimes Lucretia or Kren with a bunch of supports. There is also 5pull which is really powerful, usually paired with a strong carry like Raku/ABaden who have some survivability, Veithael is also a great hero for this comp.

In conclusion, I would stargaze Alna before Lucretia and build up the Graveborn team with her. Daimon is powerful early but he needs heavy CC to survive later. Try and focus on getting ABelinda as fast as possible, of course I haven't been in the early game for a long time so I may be a bit out of touch, but imo the early game is a stage that ends, while the endgame never ends. So I think it's better to prepare for the endgame. I also think Lucretia will soon be like the next Ainz, a relic of the past finally defeated by powercreep. (Which is sad I really like her, I even have her SI40 f36 e100) The next meta carry that gets added will probably replace her for good. Thoran cheese will never die but it's pretty boring as Volkin said, altough once you have a few of those heroes it's not really that hard if you look at other peoples formations. ABelinda and Grezhul are in my opinion also here to stay, as far as Dimensional priority goes, yes Mulan is good, Rem is good, I would still go: Leonardo, Emilia, Queen, Mulan, Rem, Albedo. (Once they are added to garrison ofc, probably in the next 6 months)

I would love a video that explains who I should use as a warrior, tank, mage, support, agility, for each faction because I seriously would've progressed better even if a guide like that was outdated but structured so I did better

*Lucretia* (second best but takes time to get)

*Mulan* (again takes time to get and needs 9 furniture to be useful)

*Daimon* (all around amazing especially for early game)

*Scarlet* (one of the best lightbearers, nukes enemies and is used in alot of boss fights but also needs support from other heroes)

*Raku* (good but needs alot of support from other heroes)

*Kren* (good extra hero to have but also needs support)

*Thoran* (not recommended but can use to cheese if u know how to)

*Grezhul* (good with alna and good extra hero)

While not a true carry Ivan is definitely one to mention as a force multiplier and general support for a carry. He's also somewhat survivable mid game as well
Had a few stages where he was the last one standing and stalled out enough for my pet to deal lethal damage.

In my early game, I ended up using Eironn. Mainly because back when I first started playing, I didn't have access to majority of these heros. Mainly because they didn't exist yet

I think oden is also great carry, especially with ivan. Deal alot of dmg and CC to the enemy, put another CC hero in team like tamruz and enemy will get CC forever

Oh mannn. I stopped playing right before RE:Zero dimensionals. I was like, man I want to save for these units but at that point I was getting really distracted by games from school so I took a long break from all my favorite games. I just got back into Afk Arena and hearing how Rem is a good carry unit for progression hurts my soul a bit. I did well in school when I took the break though. But mannn, I missed out haha. I had enough materials too :( oh well, who knows how it could have gone if I never took my break

As a Server 11, full F2P, lvl 400 player for a long time, with an almost maxed Awaken Belinda, and a 14B roster, that account makes me want to cry

I’m playing around on an alt account and I’m using e+ Framton and a M+ Ivan and have been flying through the chapters like crazy. I’m in chapter 25 in less than a week

Im at chapter 40 Free to play playing since last August so almost a year. REM is fine and there are always interesting combinations.
At this point i believe you can make almost anything work. Sure some combinations are stronger and some heroes will always be the best but i think the point of the game is to try new stuff as well.
Yeah Leonardo is strong and i have a special team with Emilia, Oden, Mulan and Baba Yaga for some super lockdown.
Many heroes actually work you just have to find the right teams against other ones.
As for carry, Anasta can be a carry as well, she works well. Even Sonia. Pair Anasta and Sonia and you have a good team going all the way. I mean there are many alternatives to play the game.
Canisa can be a carry as well, works just as well as Lucretia.
You could probably even use Morrow as a carry, not many people commited to the hero to actually try and see how well it works at full investment.
Sure later on Awakened heroes will always have an advantage, ABelinda will always nuke everyone ASolise is just an amaizing damage dealer and healer, ABrutus is very strong...
And the new hero AAthalia just melts everyone at full investment.
Sure some teams are more viable than others and its very tempting to always use Alna Grezul (i finally use it as well) but the fun is to create new teams always, thats what i do

I would include awakened characters like Belinda for all around, or Brutus for some amazing CC and tanking.
We do get some of those wishes, and when focusing on one it should not be too hard to to ascend it, and then we can get some stars through the astrology as well.

They really need to readjust the prices in the challenger store as well as maybe even the garrison, too many things for newer players to focus on especially with how they had two double Collab's almost back to back with Mulan in the middle

I’m at chapter 43 about 100lvl deficit, I can say rem is my go to carry. Don’t need much support hero for her, second would be mulan, then Alna/graveborn

Ngl talking about carries I think ainz got better with Ivan release.

My ainz has started carrying so much more reliably since I slapped Ivan in.

I've had my account for a couple of years but I have not really tried to do much cause the gacha was wack but once I got into the game I chose a pure graveborn team and recently I got my daimon to 5 ascended stars and I have 3 other ascended graveborns and Emilia

Mulan is a good carry but she becomes a beast when you get dual divinity which is kinda late anyways so getting her so late is "fine" I guess ... Love rem and Lucretia too :) I will always prioritize lucy over anyone else
