Write a Java program to accept two numbers and check whether they are twin primes or not. Use the function name twin(), which returns 1 if the numbers are twin primes and 0 otherwise. Twin prime numbers are prime numbers whose difference is 2.
Examples: (3, 5), (5, 7), (17, 19) are twin primes.
