I just got an old silver tuning whistle, and I just found out five minutes ago that it is a semitone flat, (i messed up my violin so bad, and scratched the varnish because I dropped it on my violin) but it still works pretty well

Push the violin into the peg.

The only string you should tune with tuner is the A string and then tune the D string to the A string, the G string to the D string and finally the E string to the A string.

you need to put your right hand on the neck of the violin, NOT the body of the violin as you are pushing quite hard on the neck which is attached to the body with glue.

What am I doing wrong. I tune a. It stays a. I test it and it is still a. I then go to d and adjust it. Then a is out of tune. This happens to all my strings. They each get out of tune when I go to the next one.
