What do you pair egg soup with? I had it before and it was pretty good but I felt like I needed something with it

The first time I put the whisk egg way too soon that it came out flat. My mom told me i need to turn off the stove first and wait a little bit then slowly put it in.

I noticed you poured it counter- clockwise towards the middle then you stirred it clockwise from the outside to the middle ...is that the secret to fluffy ribbons?

I just made egg drop soup. It’s really good but ugly. I should have watched this before putting the eggs in.
