Why do people attend those large gatherings? They are too dangerous, as we have seen so often on the news. Most rental houses do not allow these kinds of parties. I wonder if this owner had that in their contract? All of the houses I've rented did.

This is a familiar story. A mother (but no father) grieving for her son who died violently in the early hours. He liked sports and had a promising future. She wants justice. In my view, justice includes raising children with their fathers - who happen to be very good at teaching their boys how to survive.
