Maybe this'll help with my night time nightmares and stress levels, and anger. I see a counselor soon so hope I can ask her about this. I struggle with social anxiety so I over worrying allot.

I suffer from Severe anxiety, Mine is what's catagorized as " Catastrophizing" ( assuming gloom and doom all the time )
Will try what you suggested In this video, anything else to add to this that you could recommend? Thank you
