Hey Dr. Stoppani, I love implementing step-ups into my legday, after watching this video I'm definitely setting the platform higher and using this stance, my question was whether you use dumbells or a barbell for this variation? I'd assume dumbells would make it easier but would a barbell be dangerous with that wide of a stance?

My step-up platform is super heavy, and was welded with a deliberate angle in the platform. I bought it years ago and don't see this in others. Is a small angle ok?
