Hi! Just setup my sq5 with a brand spanking new router. It doesnt allow me to connect to it through available device list, but it does connect easily when i connect with the IP of the mixer. I want it to show up in the device list. What am i doing wrong

Im having trouble connecting my router to SQ5, was working a week ago. Havent updated. The LNK LED is not responding. I have my router on and connected. SQ5 does not read the wifi router. I tried Changing ethernet cables, Reseting ROUTER, changing router, I need the added functionality, but unfortunately cant work like this, HELP!! Please

Hey there, we own a SQ-6. We followed these steps and seem to stumble on the last one. With DHCP ON, and opening up SQ MixPad on the iPad (connected on the network), the console does pop up on the list. However, when tapping “connect”, we receive the message "“Failed to connect. Could not open a connection to the unit.” We’re running the latest software as of Jan 2020... V1.4.4 r3614 on the SQ-6 and V1.4.3 on the iPad. Any ideas how to get this working? :) Thanks!
