The best thing I remember about Bob doing the American beauty pageants is he did everything so a white woman would win and a black women would lose. I still have fond memories of Bob helping the white women to win at the expense of the black women.

I used to watch "Truth or consequences" every afternoon in 1967 when I was 14 years old. Mr. Barker was such an awesome host. I followed him throughout his life. He will be greatly missed.
