A better, healthier idea. Is to drink the whole blend. Straining the liquid from the pulp makes no sense as far as nutrients & health goes. I drink it all. Much better for you 👌🏼

Traditionally, the recipe:
1. Turmeric, slice
2. Lemongrass, slice
3. Prepare hot water on a cup, put both turneric and lemon grass on that hot water. Wait about 10 minutes
4. If the hot water already warm, add lime and honey
5. Ready to drink.
Better drink about 3 times on a week, not daily.
