Notice how she's eating full meals and lots of veggies with a good amount of protein and blanched carbs. No supplements and weird fad drins and foods, just regular healthy meals that loom delicious. A+ from me

Omg I wish it was explained why some of us (me) get so ravenously hungry before menstruation. It’s so frustrating but I genuinely feel like I need to have 2x as much food with the same amount of activity 😅

I love watching your reaction videos Abbey! Im a big believer in intuitive eating.. not trying to sound too out there but I think if we listen to our bodies they tell us exactly what we need to fuel ourselves and feel our best

Slow things down for period poops? Nah, I'll be scarfing down prunes to keep things going. It is wild how differently everyone is impacted by hormonal fluctuations.

I'm on my first day, which is my worst day, so besides walking around with a warm water bottle in 35 c degrees I also only ate carbs from the morning, and now it's 2200, breakfast was like 3 cups of ginger honey and mint warm drink and a yam, lunch rice, and for dinner 3 more cups of that drink I drank in the morning and a lot of honey cake. Like a solid 10 pieces, and I'm actually pretty proud of myself because usually I don't eat anything on my first day because of the pain until really late at night when it slows down and I go down on a full cookie box just to feel alive, rest of the days I hardly feel it, first day is hell

That looks like a pretty epic meal plan for periods. I tend to have stomach issues with certain veggies around then so I'd probably not do well with the salad at the end but otherwise looked amazing.

Only thing wrong this day of eating is an AMBROSIA apple. Probably the grossest variety of apple, but I'm an apple snob.
