For trucks- SCS software makes games like ets2 and ats with truckersmp being the multiplayer of both.
For cars- playground games makes best game like forza horizon or motorsport .

I wish there was a way to play this game without the inevitable disasters. Like zoo tycoon, I'm more interested in learning about the dinosaurs than watching them fight

Ian Malcolm is as much a part of Jurassic park at this point as the dinosaurs themselves so I'm absolutely NOT surprised to hear him in this :D

Not to be rude, but it feels to me like these style game don’t really belong/thrive on console.
