Idk man I don’t agree with that brother. The 1 min is the best for executions in my opinion. Higher time frames are good for directional bias, lower time frames are for execution. But that’s just what works for me and I’ve only been trading for 2 years, the 1 min has been my best friend

If you have a defined system and you are robotic with the System, exactly what the system will give you on the 1 or 5 mins time frames is exactly what the system will give you on the 1hr, 4Hr and the Daily time frames.
