Thursday, June 22 marked a sad end for search and rescue efforts involving a submersible that took five passengers down to view ocean liner Titanic's wreckage. Officials say the vessel imploded as it was headed to Titanic's final resting place. FOX 10's Marc Martinez reports.

If it was a sudden implosion, at least it was instantaneous. Those unfortunate submariners were fortunate, in that they never knew what hit them.😢

A backyard sub build endless amount of money and cheap supplies lack of education and lack of safety ten to one the pathetic viewing window was the reason it imploded 7" thick plastic plexiglass 2/12 miles down the failure happened day of diving the pressure of the ocean waters is nothing to play around with it's like taking a shop vacuum and putting a plastic 2 l soda bottle at the hose end and turn the vacuum on and watch how fast it collapses speed that up 100 times and that's how the sub imported
