How to Get Van Dijk and Alisson in FIFA Mobile for Free

Just go straight to Alisson without claiming any other players. You should get Alisson first in the defender reward path and that gives you 80 starter tokens. After that, claim the reward box that gives you 75 starter tokens (located exactly under Alisson's reward box). Then finally you can claim Van Dijk. This is also applicable for the other reward path (midfield and attack), but still, you can only choose 1 path only. Getting distracted means you need money to claim TotY starters.
